Coaching Constellations are a practical, respectful and often profound intervention that illuminate hidden dynamics, reveal fresh resources and offer new paths to resolution. This approach to systemic coaching is guided by an understanding of the natural orders which govern system health and the application of constellation practices and processes to illuminate then resolve complexity. Constellations enable coaches and their clients to become free from their familiar stories and see what’s going on under the issue, restoring the coherence of the whole and the flow of coaching, of leadership and business vitality.

Illuminating the invisible dynamics that lie behind challenging issues a constellation creates a living map – made of people, or, in one-to-one coaching, objects – and so can be applied in workshop or one-to-one settings.

Constellations have resourced me with a subtle, soulful but robust intervention

There are three principle ways of learning more about the application of constellations in coaching and organisational development.

The best place to start is to experience a constellation workshop where group members are asked – under guidance of the facilitator – to represent each element of a particular system issue bought by another participant. This is how the work was originally developed and provides a powerful way to embody the learning. We offer quarterly workshops for coaches, consultants and leaders – creating a rich learning environment in a small group context.
